If payment is not received on time my bid is forfeited.  I purchase the property as-is, where-is and understand that no warranties are expressed or implied.  I understand this form 
must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to bid opening date and time with the item number on the outside of the envelope and the words SURPLUS PROPERTY BID  on the outside of the envelope.  I understand the District will use my payment to dispose of purchased property if I do not remove it from the District’s premises within 10 business days of the bid opening.  Bidder is responsible for cost of transferring title.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Interested parties may inspect any surplus property prior to the bid opening date and time by calling the administration office (618-439-4321) and arranging a time.  NO person my enter upon District Property without making arrangements with the administration office.  Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening, which will take place at the appointed time at the administration building of the District at 11231 Marcum Branch Road, Benton, Illinois  62812 at 9:00 a.m.
