Housekeeping at Seasons Lodge & Condominiums

General Statement of Work

Performs routine cleaning of guest rooms at the lodge, condominiums, and manor.

Duties:

• Vacuums and mops floors and stairs in guest rooms but also conference room and hospitality room
• Dusts furniture and pictures not only in guest rooms but also the lobby of lodge and condominiums and conference room
• Washes windows, sinks, and other fixtures
• Empties waste baskets
• Cleans and services the public restrooms at the lodge
• Makes beds
• Deep cleans all lodge rooms and condominiums in winter months
• Performs other duties as assigned

Desirable Education and Experience:

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school education
• Possess a valid drivers license.

Skills and Abilities Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to efficiently clean and do industrial laundry activities

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, extreme weather conditions, and/or loud noises
• Moderate physical activity.  May require some heavy physical work; lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects in excess of 50 pounds. 
• Must be physically and mentally able to thoroughly complete the required tasks, in a timely and competent manner.
• Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
